- Download an enrolment form (2012)
- Complete and sign the enrolment form
- Return it to MIT Short Courses
- Payment must be made at time of enrolment
If paying by credit card or purchase order complete, sign, scan and email your enrolment form as an attachment. A copy of the purchase order must also accompany the enrolment form.
Freepost
Post the enrolment form with cheque, MasterCard or Visa credit card details or a copy of a company purchase order form for invoice purposes.
Cash and EFTPOS
Payments can be made between 8.00am – 4.00pm at the South Campus cashier in JKL Block (see map).
Note:
- Birth certificate or passport will need to be produced when enrolling in some courses (unless certified documents have previously been sighted). You will be advised of this at the time of enquiry.
- All fees include gst unless otherwise stated
- Workbooks provided
- Courses run subject to numbers. If MIT cancels your course, course fees will be refunded in full.
- In-house options are available for all short courses listed
