Anyone who wants to learn how to write effective reports. Course participants should have basic word processing skills (see Microsoft Word Part 1 Getting Started).
Content
This course combines communication skills training with IT training to produce an all round learning experience.

At the completion of this session participants will be able to structure a report in a clear and logical manner.
Microsoft Word Skills
At the completion of this session participants will be able to use Microsoft Word to layout and format reports to attain a professional standard of presentation.
Manuals are included in the course fee. Participants can work on either Microsoft Word 2003 or Microsoft Word 2007 during this course.
