  • How to Provide a Quality Driven Product or Service: Identifying problems of quality; Quality management
  • How to Manage Performance: Setting direction and standards; Giving feedback
  • How to Supervise Within the Law: The Employment Relations Act (2000) - including disciplining positively; The Human Rights Act (1993); The Privacy Act (1993); The Health and Safety in Employment Act (1992) and 2002 Amendment.
