  • Statutory framework for bargaining - bargaining using the law relating to trade unions and collective bargaining
  • Concepts on which the relationship is based and implementing leadership - employment relations built on "good faith".

Session Two
  • Employment relations problems and handling them
  • Disputes, personal grievances, dismissals, redundancies
  • Future developments and organisational initiatives.
